Vicki graduated with an MA in Art History from St Andrews University during which time she undertook an internship in the Arms & Armour Department at Sothebys. After university she became an administrator in the Wine Department at Bonhams before joining Roseberys in 2009 initially as a VIP client administrator. When an opportunity arose, Vicki joined the picture department where she trained to become a specialist and auctioneer concentrating particularly on the areas of Modern British, 20th Century Art and Sculpture.

Throughout her time at Roseberys Vicki has concentrated on the growth and the expansion of the business taking a more active role in this field in 2013 at which point she became a director of the company and more recently was appointed Joint Managing Director in 2018.

Alongside business development Vicki heads up the Corporate Collections department which handles extensive valuations of HNW art collections on behalf of large corporations and institutions in London and the home counties for the purpose of inventory or deaccessioning.
