Serwen joined the Roseberys team in July 2017 as Auction House Logistics Manager. During her time at Roseberys she has developed the company strategy for the collections and delivery departments. With a strong emphasis on providing a seamless and efficient experience, Serwen manages the onboarding of large consignments and oversees the smooth running of the collections team. She acts as the main point of contact between the specialists and the professional services team to ensure due diligence and a streamlined experience for our clients. Before joining Roseberys, Serwen lived and worked in America overseeing the daily operations at a leading Mid-West auction house. Here she focused on modernising the photography department and developed her in-depth knowledge of every facet of the auction industry
