Roseberys' summer Fine & Decorative auction presents a range of lots of outstanding rarity or with exceptional provenance. Leading the sale is a complete deluxe limited edition copy of Peter Emerson and Thomas Goodall's Life and Landscape on the Norfolk Broads, a masterwork in the history of photography.
Alongside a unique George III bonheur du jour from one of England's finest historic houses, Castle Howard, a French day bed once belonging to the esteemed artist Walter Sickert, and a beautiful one-off needlework carpet by J.M. Pontremoli made as a wedding gift for his sister in law, the sale offers a enticing selction of furniture and works of art for connoisseurs and collectors.
Further highlights include a collection of automaton, a group of home service helmets, and a selection of delftware from a private UK collection.
