The group of 800 standard flatware comprising: 18 tablespoons; 17 dessert spoons; 17 table forks; 16 dessert forks; 18 fish forks; 17 fish knives; 17 teaspoons; 17 caviar knives; 17 ice cream spoons; 17 fruit spoons; 17 fruit forks; 18 pickle forks; 2 ice cream serving spades; 2 pairs of salad servers; 2 serving spoons with pear-shaped bowls; 2 carving forks; 2 large serving spoons; 2 sauce ladles; a ladle; a sugar sifting spoon; 2 large pickle serving forks; a pair of serving tongs; a pair of grape scissors; 2 small serving shovels; 2 small serving shovels with forked blades; 4 salt spoons; 2 fish serving knives; 2 fish serving forks; 2 cake serving slices; 17 butter knives; 17 silver handled table knives with steel blades and 17 silver handled dessert knives with steel blades; all items with Austro-Hungarian import marks, together with 3 unmatched Austro-Hungarian silver salt cellars with beaded rims, total weighable silver approx. 419ozt (a lot)

Buyer's Premium
The buyer shall pay the hammer price together with a premium thereon of 26% up to £20,000 (31.2% inclusive of VAT), 25% from £20,001 - £500,000 (30% inclusive of VAT), 20% from £500,001 thereafter (24% inclusive of VAT). The premium price is subject to VAT at the standard rate.

Qualifying living artists and the descendants of artists deceased within the last 70 years are entitled to receive a re-sale royalty each time their work is bought through an auction house or art market professional.
It applies to lots with hammer value over £1,000 as follows:
0 to £50,000 - 4%
£50,000.01 to £200,000 - 3%
£200,000.01 to £350,000 - 1%
£350,000.01 to £500,000 - 0.5%
Exceeding £500,000 - 0.25%
ARR is capped at £12,500

Export of goods
Buyers intending to export goods should ascertain whether an export licence is required before bidding. Export licences are issued by Arts Council England and application forms can be obtained from its Export Licensing Unit.
