A small group of silver and white metal pill boxes and oddments.
Various dates and makers.
The group including: a Continental silver pill box with Victorian import marks for B. Muller & Son, Chester, 1899, of rectangular form, the hinged cover embossed with scene of a couple feeding a swan, gilding to interior, 7.7cm long; a further Continental silver pill box with import marks for Mark Houghton, Sheffield, 1995, of oval form, the hinged cover engraved with scrolling foliate motifs, 3.8cm wide; a Mary Dunhill silver compact case, stamped sterling to underside, the oval body with mirror and lining to interior, engraved initials to hinged cover, 7.8cm wide; a French silver pill box, Henin & Cie., the circular body applied with garlands and floral motifs, gilding to interior, 800 standard, 5cm dia.; a silver mounted scent bottle, Birmingham, 1993, Penhaligon's, engraved with fleur-de-lys to body, 8.5cm high; an Art Nouveau silver pill box, of circular form and with embossed floral motif to hinged cover, 925 standard; an Art Nouveau scent bottle holder, mark unidentified, the sides pierced and repousse decorated with flowers and buds, 6.3cm high; and other oddments, including some white metal, total weighable silver approx. 7.3ozt (a lot)

Qualifying living artists and the descendants of artists deceased within the last 70 years are entitled to receive a re-sale royalty each time their work is bought through an auction house or art market professional.
It applies to lots with hammer value over £1,000 as follows:
0 to £50,000 - 4%
£50,000.01 to £200,000 - 3%
£200,000.01 to £350,000 - 1%
£350,000.01 to £500,000 - 0.5%
Exceeding £500,000 - 0.25%
ARR is capped at £12,500

Export of goods
Buyers intending to export goods should ascertain whether an export licence is required before bidding. Export licences are issued by Arts Council England and application forms can be obtained from its Export Licensing Unit.
