Various dates and makers.
The group including: a George V sauce boat, Birmingham, 1927, Asprey & Co., the body with scalloped rim and raised on three pad feet, 15.2cm wide (inc. handle); a Victorian belt buckle, Birmingham, 1886, C. M., pierced and decorated with scrolling floral and foliate motifs and two putti, 10.5cm wide; a novelty paper knife modelled as a meat skewer, Birmingham, 1980, S. J. Rose & Son, 25.3cm long; a George V pepper mill, Sheffield, 1933, William Hutton & Sons, of tapering form, 7.8cm high; a George V spoon, London, 1934, Charles Boyton, the handle engraved Charles Boyton to reverse, terminal modelled with fruiting motif, the reverse of the circular bowl with a lightly planished finish, 12.7cm long; a German beaker, late 19th / early 20th century, Wilhelm Binder, engraved with vacant cartouche and floral motifs to side, 800 standard, 5.7cm high; a pair of short candlesticks, Birmingham, 1970, W. I. Broadway & Co., bases filled, 6cm high; a sifting spoon, apparently unmarked, the handle realistically modelled with foliate and fruiting motifs, 15.5cm long; and other items, total weighable silver approx. 10.8ozt (a lot)
Condition Report
The two short candlesticks, the pepper mill, the sifting spoon and a salt cellar with glass liner are not included in the weighable silver.

Buyer's Premium
The buyer shall pay the hammer price together with a premium thereon of 26% up to £20,000 (31.2% inclusive of VAT), 25% from £20,001 - £500,000 (30% inclusive of VAT), 20% from £500,001 thereafter (24% inclusive of VAT). The premium price is subject to VAT at the standard rate.

Qualifying living artists and the descendants of artists deceased within the last 70 years are entitled to receive a re-sale royalty each time their work is bought through an auction house or art market professional.
It applies to lots with hammer value over £1,000 as follows:
0 to £50,000 - 4%
£50,000.01 to £200,000 - 3%
£200,000.01 to £350,000 - 1%
£350,000.01 to £500,000 - 0.5%
Exceeding £500,000 - 0.25%
ARR is capped at £12,500

Export of goods
Buyers intending to export goods should ascertain whether an export licence is required before bidding. Export licences are issued by Arts Council England and application forms can be obtained from its Export Licensing Unit. The need for import licences varies from country to country and you should acquaint yourself with all relevant local requirements and provisions before bidding. The refusal of any such licences shall not permit the cancelling of any sale nor allow any delay in making full payment for the lot.
