Payment and Collection
Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque (where covered by a valid bank guarantee card), Switch/Delta and most major Credit Cards. Credit cards will be subject to a 2% surcharge. There is no charge for payment by Switch/Delta. Payment can be made during the auction and there will be a break after each section of the sale for collection of purchased lots.
Clearance of Goods
All furniture and rug lots must be cleared by 5.00pm on the Monday following the sale. All other lots must be cleared by 5.00pm on the Wednesday following the sale. Storage charges of £2 per lot per day + vat will be strictly enforced thereafter.
Droit De Suite:
Where any lot is affected by this legislation, a surcharge of 4% will apply to the hammer price, in effect the premium will be 21.5% plus vat.
