Vicuña Storm System® Icery short jacket, of classic Loro Piana navy blue cashmere exterior, styled with hooded edge in soft fox fur, detailed with a detachbale chinchilla fur around the collar, further detailed with smooth lamskin and quilted lining to the interior, 100% cashmere of the exterior, 100% polyester blend (for the storm system), of Italian size 38 (approx. UK 6/8)

Notes:
Loro Piana has developed a new fabric bunch called ‘System’ which we received last year and finally some of the coats that have been commissioned by our clients have begun to arrive. The fabrics within the bunch vary from waterproof cashmere to super 150’s wool / poly / silk blends. This enables us to create a raincoat in a lightweight storm system fabric or a more classic overcoat but with the added benefit of actually being water resistant. The seams on the coat can be taped inside to make the coat even more water repellant.
Loro Piana’s hydrophillic membranes, applied to the back of the fabric, are resistant to wind, water and rain, keeping an ideal body microclimate. These micro-molecular membranes are perfectly breathable, thin, and elastic, to guarantee comfort and maximum freedom of movement in any situation.
Realised in two or three layers, suitable for traditional clothing production, they can be heat-bonded, enabling to create seamless garments, perfectly adherent to the fabric for the highest performance results.
Storm System® protects fabrics from natural elements, while ensuring the utmost comfort for the wearer. It is based on the Rain System® water-repellent finish, hydrophilic membranes which are waterproof, wind-resistant and breathable, and a third layer of ultra-fine jersey, placed over the GX membrane. Fabrics treated with Storm System® can be used unlined.

Buyer's Premium
The buyer shall pay the hammer price together with a premium thereon of 26% up to £20,000 (31.2% inclusive of VAT), 25% from £20,001 - £500,000 (30% inclusive of VAT), 20% from £500,001 thereafter (24% inclusive of VAT). The premium price is subject to VAT at the standard rate.

Qualifying living artists and the descendants of artists deceased within the last 70 years are entitled to receive a re-sale royalty each time their work is bought through an auction house or art market professional.
It applies to lots with hammer value over £1,000 as follows:
0 to £50,000 - 4%
£50,000.01 to £200,000 - 3%
£200,000.01 to £350,000 - 1%
£350,000.01 to £500,000 - 0.5%
Exceeding £500,000 - 0.25%
ARR is capped at £12,500

Export of goods
Buyers intending to export goods should ascertain whether an export licence is required before bidding.
