Description
A joined panel of stamped crimson velvet, 18th century, worked with a pattern of flowers and trellis, 247.5 x 101cm; together with two revivalist silk panels, 19th century, one with a gilt-metal lace border, 285 x 51cm; a Greek or Italian long embroidered panel, 19th century, 182 x 22cm; and a circular red velvet table centre or tray cover, late 19th century, with gilt-metal lace border, 19.5cm diameter (5)

Condition Report
The first described: a split to one long side and small patched triangular sections to one short end. Some fading to the colour to be expected with age. One or two tiny holes. The stitching between the two panels is coming apart in one area. The reverse with staining.
The revivalist panel in the first photo: heavily split and frayed in areas across the width of the panel and in smaller sections. Colours are faded.
The revivalist panel with gilt-metal lace border: splits and fraying. Some colour fading. It has been cut from a larger panel and later stitched with the border and backed.
The Greek embroidered panel: the short ends with splits. Some dark stain patches. Some stitches have frayed or are picked loose. Old labels attached to both front and back.
The table or tray cover: good overall condition with some dark marks to the reverse.

Qualifying living artists and the descendants of artists deceased within the last 70 years are entitled to receive a re-sale royalty each time their work is bought through an auction house or art market professional.
It applies to lots with hammer value over £1,000 as follows:
0 to £50,000 - 4%
£50,000.01 to £200,000 - 3%
£200,000.01 to £350,000 - 1%
£350,000.01 to £500,000 - 0.5%
Exceeding £500,000 - 0.25%
ARR is capped at £12,500
