Large 'Nippon' service over 100 pieces, including: a pair of port decanters and stoppers, 21 water glasses, 20 burgundy glasses, 24 port glasses, 23 liqueur glasses, 1 orange juice jug, 3 orange juice glasses, 21 Coupe à champagne, and 5 stands or plates, 1932-1947

Underside etched stencil ‘R LALIQUE’ to all except liqueur glasses which are etched with cursive ‘R Lalique’
Coupe à champagne: 6.5cm high, 9.7cm diam, Verre à eau (water glasses): 11cm h, 7.8cm d, Verre à liqueurs (liqueur glasses): 6cm h, 5.2cm d, Verre à madère (port glasses): 7.8cm h, 5.6cm d, Verre à Bordeaux (burgundy glasses): 9cm h, 7.5cm d, Verre à orangeade (orange juice): 12.6cm h, 8.2cm d, Decanters: 24.5cm h, 12.5cm d, 1 Broc à orangeade (orange juice jug): 19cm h, 13cm d, 5 stands/plates: 6.8cm diam.

Buyer's Premium

The buyer shall pay the hammer price together with a premium thereon of 26% up to £20,000 (31.2% inclusive of VAT), 25% from £20,001 - £500,000 (30% inclusive of VAT), 20% from £500,001 thereafter (24% inclusive of VAT). The premium price is subject to VAT at the standard rate.

Qualifying living artists and the descendants of artists deceased within the last 70 years are entitled to receive a re-sale royalty each time their work is bought through an auction house or art market professional.

£50,000.01 to £200,000 - 3%
£200,000.01 to £350,000 - 1%
£350,000.01 to £500,000 - 0.5%
Exceeding £500,000 - 0.25%
ARR is capped at £12,500
