Free Valuations for Sale by Auction

We are open at the Saleroom in West Norwood from Monday to Friday 9.30am-5pm for free verbal valuations without obligation. You do not need to make an appointment, just come along.  Please avoid auction or auction view days as we are unable to carry out valuations on those days.

For items too large to transport or complete house contents we would be pleased to visit you at home, again this is without charge. We can, where possible, give valuations from photographs by post or e-mail (auctions@roseberys.co.uk).

We are open at the Saleroom in West Norwood on the second Saturday after each auction, 10am-2pm.

Inheritance Tax Valuations

Rosebery’s provides a fast and efficient service for executors.
A formal, detailed inventory and valuation is prepared, naming all items of significant value and any specific bequests. In the event of executors wishing to dispose of some or all of the chattels involved in an estate, Rosebery’s provides a complete sales service. Collection of the items is arranged and they are catalogued for inclusion in the appropriate auction or auctions.

House Clearance

Rosebery’s is able to offer a complete house clearance service where required.
