  Rosebery's are requested without legal obligation of any kind to bid on the following Lots up to the figure stated. I agree with your usual conditions of sale and the conditions below. I understand that in the case of a successful bid a premium at our standard rates plus VAT will be payable on the hammer price, plus any VAT on hammer price as indicated in the catalogue.
Commission Bidding:
If you are unable to attend the auction you can leave a commission bid. Commission bidding forms are available under our Buyer section. Forms must be completed and faxed, emailed or posted to the auction house 1hr prior to the start of the prospective section. No guarantee is given for any bids emailed to the auction house and bidders should telephone to confirm receipt of any bids.
New Buyers
If you have not previously registered with Rosebery's for buying at auction, please complete a Registration form at Reception before the auction and provide Proof of Identification. We cannot accept bids unless registration is completed prior to an auction
Telephone Bidding
For lots with a low auction estimate of £300 and above (Quarterly) or £200 (Monthly), it is sometimes possible to bid by telephone. Please speak to a member of staff for details.

For security purposes this form must be signed and Faxed (or mailed) to the Saleroom.

Conditions  

The Auctioneers will endeavor to purchase lots at the lowest possible price. If bids for the same items are received, bidding will start at one bid higher than the under bidders maximum bid. The Auctioneers are not responsible for wrong lot numbers entered.

Successful bidders will be notified and items despatched only after the receipt of payment. An appropriate charge is made for despatch but not for the bidding service. The Auctioneers are pleased to accept telephone bids. All such bids must be confirmed in writing and no responsibility is taken for incorrect transcription.
